ListMyFloridaHome.net is a service provided by PREMIER HOMES REALTY, INC., a Florida Real Estate Brokerage.  By listing your home on ListMyFloridaHome.net, sellers understand and agree to be bound by the terms of a separate Limited-Service Listing Agreement.  Sellers further agree to hold PREMIER HOMES REALTY, INC., its owner, broker, agents and subsidiaries free and harmless from any and all liability arising from the listing of the seller's home.     

All information pertaining to the listing and marketing of the seller's home, including but not limited to products, services, materials, photographs and advertisements are owned by PREMIER HOMES REALTY, INC. and ListMyFloridaHome.net.

Sellers may share links to ListMyFloridaHome.net via social media for the purposes of promoting the sale of their home provided the publication is not altered or modified and clearly shows the advertisement has been published by ListMyFloridaHome.net.

Sellers may withdraw or cancel their listing at any time prior to entering into a contract for purchase and sale.  However, all listing fees paid up and until the time of cancelation remain fully earned by PREMIER HOMES REALTY, INC. and ListMyFloridaHome.net.  Should seller sell their home to a buyer introduced through marketing provided by PREMIER HOMES REALTY, INC. and ListMyFloridaHome.net, even if the listing has been withdrawn, canceled or expired, for up to 12 months following the cancelation, seller agrees to pay any flat fees due.

PREMIER HOMES REALTY, INC. and ListMyFloridaHome.net reserve the right to cancel at any time.
